Develop My Ministry has a BIG vision of encouraging pastors, church leaders, and ministries to stay on mission. We are working with over 100 pastor’s a year in the United States and through our partnership with Converge Brazil and the Southern Cone Initiative. We know that we cannot accomplish this on our own. Maybe God desires to use you to partner with us! Here is how you can help:
1. Pray! Many pastors are fighting discouragement in the ministry. A recent survey said 7 out of 10 pastors want to quit the ministry. Pray we can encourage pastors through consulting, coaching, and community outreach efforts. It is truly my desire to be their brother in the battle as we move forward in building God’s kingdom together.
2. Support! We are looking for individuals, ministries, and businesses that would like to make an impact on pastors, church leaders, and ministries that we work with. We currently have individuals, churches, and businesses that help support Jump Start Ministries. Currently, support for Develop My Ministry is handled under our sister ministry, Jump Start Ministries. This support allows us to work with more ministries and discount our services for ministries that need the help but do not have the financial ability to cover our expenses. You may support Develop My Ministry or Jump Start Ministries monthly, quarterly, or through an annual gift.
